Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Han Company (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with Listing Guard (the “Service”), available at https://listingguard.han-co.com. Questions: u220398b@gmail.com.

What we process

To produce a policy-risk report we process the listing content you submit — title, description, tags, selected platform/category, and any images you upload. AI features additionally send that submitted content to our AI sub-processor to generate the analysis (see below).

We process this content transiently to generate your result. We do not sell it, use it to train models, or — in the current version — store your listing text or images on our servers after the request completes. Your recent-checks history is stored only in your browser(local storage) and never leaves your device unless you submit a new check.

Operational data we retain

We keep minimal data to run the Service: short-lived usage counters and rate-limit counters keyed to your IP address or, for Pro users, your license key; and issued license keys. There are no user accounts in the current version. These are stored either in memory or, if configured, in a managed key-value store (Upstash (Redis)); they do not contain your listing content.

Sub-processors

• Anthropic (Claude API) — receives the listing content you submit when AI features are used, in order to generate analysis, rewrites, and appeal drafts. Processed under Anthropic’s terms and data-usage policies.
• Stripe — our payment processor. If you purchase Pro, Stripe collects and processes your payment details. We never receive or store your card number.
• Cloudflare — hosts the Service (Cloudflare Workers) and provides DNS/CDN; processes standard request logs (e.g. IP address, timestamps) for security and reliability.
• Upstash (Redis) (optional) — managed key-value store for usage counters and license keys, if configured.

Cookies & tracking

The Service uses only essential, first-party browser storage required to function. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, contact u220398b@gmail.com. Because we store little personal data and no listing content, some requests may have nothing to act on.

International transfers

Our sub-processors may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Effective date” above. See also our Terms of Service.
