Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Listing Guard (the “Service”), operated by Han Company (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is — and isn’t

The Service provides automated, heuristic and AI-assisted guidance about potential policy-violation risks in marketplace listings. It is an aid, not a substitute for professional judgment.

• Not legal advice. Output is informational only and does not create a lawyer–client relationship.
• No guarantee. We do not guarantee that following the guidance will prevent listing removal, account suspension, or any other outcome, or that flagged items are actually violations (or that unflagged items are safe). Marketplace policies change frequently; always verify against the platform’s current rules.
• No affiliation. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Etsy, Amazon, Mercari, Naver SmartStore, or any other marketplace. All trademarks belong to their owners.

3. Licenses & acceptable use

Pro features are unlocked with a license key issued to you. Keep it confidential; it is for your use and must not be shared or resold. You agree not to misuse the Service, including: abusing or circumventing rate limits or quotas; automated scraping; reverse engineering; reselling the output as an official ruling; or using it for unlawful purposes.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Pro plans renew each month until cancelled; you can cancel anytime using the management link in your payment receipt or by contacting us. Refunds: we offer a full refund within 14 days of a purchase on request. Prices are in US dollars (USD), exclusive of any applicable taxes, and may change with notice.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. You are responsible for your listings and your compliance with each marketplace’s policies and applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Han Company WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Han Company from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

8. Changes & termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or to comply with law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Tokyo, Japan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Contact: u220398b@gmail.com.
